Team management for Business plans and above

Create a team, invite members with roles, control who sees the API token, and audit every action, all from the dashboard.

Business plans and above can now create a team in the dashboard and share one Scrape.do subscription across the whole crew, with roles, per-member permissions, and a full audit trail.

Roles and members

Four-tier role model. Owner, Admin, Finance, and Member, each with distinct capabilities across billing, member management, ownership transfer, and API access. Only owners can assign the Admin role.
Members list. See every member with their role, API token access, 2FA status, join date, and last login in one table.
Per-member API token visibility. Grant or revoke each member's ability to view the team's shared API token. Usage statistics stay visible either way.
Team-based billing access. Billing pages and actions follow team permissions, so Finance can handle invoices without owning the account.

Invitations

Invite by email with a role and optional API token access. Pending invitations are always visible on the team page with resend and cancel actions, and expire after 7 days.
Site-wide invitation banner notifies invited users anywhere in the dashboard, with accept and decline available from the banner, the team page, or the email link.

Audit log

Every team action is tracked: team created, member invited, joined, removed or left, role changed, ownership transferred, invitation accepted, canceled, or rejected.
Filterable and paginated, by action type and date range, in a collapsible panel on the team page and on a dedicated full-history page.

Team management is included on the Business plan and above. If a team drops below Business, existing members keep working but new invitations are paused. Head to the dashboard to create your team.
